Luxury Studio Apt in Sydenham w/ wheelchair access

Very lovely spacious place. I will definitely stay here again. Positive: The apartment is spacious, easily accessible to the tube station and the busses. alot of restaurants and shops along the same street.

Very disappointing Positive: Very worrying security; visiting family locally and other friends of ours stayed at this place immediately before us, leaving on Monday and we arrived Tuesday. I asked them what their door entry code was and they showed me theirs had been exactly the same as ours although they only told me this after we’d checked out. Given I was staying with a young child I find this unacceptable, the code should be changed for every visitor for obvious reasons, how many before us had had that same code. Had I known this before we checked out I obviously would t have stayed or felt safe. Negative: The mattress needs changing, very uncomfortable barely any support springs are old so much so my daughter slept on the sofa. Train noise is awful; it does quieten down overnight to less frequent but by 5.30am it’s constant trains every few minutes at some points. The bathroom has a terrible sewage smell, we could smell this really bad after leaving the bathroom door open on our first day and returning to the property that evening. The second night we had left the door closed all day which meant the room was smell free however going into the bathroom was still awful, so much so we didn’t use the shower. The little milks left on the side was a nice gesture but the one I opened was mouldy. Overall it was clean and the ladies there in the day turning over were polite but I honestly would never recommend due to obvious security issue, smell and the awful constant trains every five noise if you want to sleep together with a really poor mattress.

Negative: Direkt neben der Unterkunft fährt alle paar Minuten dir Bahn/Zug vorbei somit ist es extrem laut.

Positive: Size of the room clean and cosy Negative: The step in the room made me tril a few times other then that excellent stay
