Great stay Positive: Good location and excellent facilities Negative: Train noise

Terrible Positive: Nothing Negative: Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay and left feeling disappointed. The biggest issue was the location. The apartment is literally beside a train station, and the constant noise throughout the day and night made it very difficult to sleep. We were later told that earplugs were provided, but we never saw them during our stay. We also had a mosquito problem and asked if insecticide could be provided. Instead of offering assistance, we were told they weren’t mosquitoes and that if we really wanted insecticide, we could buy some ourselves from a nearby corner shop. We found this response dismissive and unhelpful. What stood out most about the customer service was that there seemed to be far more emphasis on ensuring guests signed the house rules than on making sure guests were comfortable. Almost every message we received referred us back to the house rules and policies. While we understand that rules are important, we would have appreciated the same level of attention when we raised genuine concerns during our stay. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I regret booking this property.

Pleasant and convenient Positive: Situated next to a tube station and close to lots of shops etc! Kitchen was good, had everything needed to be self sufficient Negative: The mattress needs replacing. Unfortunately the shower floods as the enclosure is too small for the rainfall shower installed, meaning you use the towels to mop up the floor

The location is completely unbearable and miserable Positive: The cleanliness is good. Easy access to the central London Negative: The property location was miserable. Located just immediate train line which made sleeping well difficult all night. The sound of all the trains passing through won’t let the sleep come

Positive: Lovely studio. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Well equipped. Negative: Incredibly noisy. Busy Train line outside window. Bed uncomfortable. Stressful trying to work electronic combination doorknob. Luckily got support from host to get in late at night.
